When was the last time technology actually made your building management easier?

Back in June, while running our Customer Satisfaction Survey, I spoke with Helena Verton from BNP Paribas Real Estate. Despite her packed schedule, she took the time to share thoughtful, honest feedback and one line has stayed with me ever since:
