It has never been easier to add public iCal (calendar) feeds to FlatTurtle. Using my.flatturtle.com, you can now easily add public calendars, such as events, meeting rooms, etc. The feed gets updated every 5 minutes. Head to the left side of your FlatTurtle, select Calendar, add the iCal URL (ask your IT department for some help ;)) and hit save. You’ll see a nice list popping up with the events in your calendar.

Did you know… When you clear out either the left or the right side in my.FlatTurtle.com, the opposite side will automatically resize to full screen? That’s how simple it is to create layouts like this and this.

FlatTurtle goes Singapore 你好, Together with WebMission and several other Belgian startups, FlatTurtle just landed in Singapore. This short trip will allow us to get a first feeling in Singapore (and somewhat of the Asian market), meet local and international startups in Singapore, have a drink with Belgian expats, and pitch our story to local investors. Undoubtedly, this is a unique experience for us, and we’re eagerly looking forward to the coming week.

Another day, another Turtle … We silently launched the “Slideshow” Turtle for the Boekenbeurs two weeks ago. And… It’s now available (for free!) to everyone! This Turtle allows you to upload one of several pictures and display them on your FlatTurtle. Kind of like standard digital signage. Export your Powerpoint to a JPG, and upload it. That’s it. You can now display your company presentation, sponsor logo’s, or anything else you fancy.
