When you think of a founder, you probably imagine strategy meetings, investor calls, and high-level decisions.
At FlatTurtle, it works a little differently.
Yeri doesn’t only lead from the office, he’s right there with the tech team, making sure buildings, tenants, and networks get the best service possible.
Just last week, he was on-site at Strombeek Business Park, checking a failure with one of our monitoring devices and making sure our monitoring was back up and running. Not from a desk. Not from a dashboard. But on the ground, with the team.
As Yeri puts it:
“I like to visit our customers’ buildings myself. Seeing the site firsthand gives me a proper understanding of the setup and lets me support my techs and customers more effectively.”
Sometimes that also means adding proper labelling to identify our equipment, troubleshooting, inspecting devices, whatever it takes to keep the building running smoothly before tenants even notice anything. That’s hands-on leadership. Present, involved, and focused on real results for every property and every tenant.
