Why, you say?

Well, first of all, we’re not running anything straight from Google Docs.

Secondly, our systems are stripped down to a minimum. Our “basic” TurtleBox, for example, has 512Mb of RAM, which is plenty for the the task it has to fulfill (but 512Mb of RAM is not enough to run Internet Explorer, Windows, and all the other software from an off-the-shelf operating system); we do have TurtleBoxes with 4Gb or more RAM in case they need to do have video playback.

And thirdly, if there are any errors, they’re caught, hidden, and responded to by our on-call team.
