At FlatTurtle, we know that even a handful of voices can provide powerful insight. That’s why we recently ran a customer satisfaction survey to check the pulse on how we’re doing and the early results are very encouraging.
When asked about their overall satisfaction with FlatTurtle 96% of respondents said they are “Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied”.
This feedback reaffirms what we’ve always believed: that staying simple, responsive, and reliable makes a real difference.
The most commonly praised element of our service? Simplicity.
Our customers love how easy it is to get set up, stay connected, and manage everything without technical headaches.
Among those who responded, here’s what stood out:
Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) came in at 67; a number that reflects genuine customer enthusiasm and loyalty. For reference, anything above 50 is considered excellent. It tells us we’re moving in the right direction and motivates us to keep going.
This survey was just the beginning. We’ll continue gathering feedback and checking in more regularly because great service isn’t static.
It evolves with every client, every project, every interaction.
